Woman's Will Ignors 4 Sons Four sons of Mrs. Arabel Stoddard, who was killed instantly, November 26, 1923, are not mentioned in the Will which was discovered in a safe in the Surrogate's Court yesterday afternoon. Under the terms of this document, a daughter, Miss Rena Stoddard, 1419 Madison Street, is made sole beneficiary. Because no Will could be found, it was presumed until yesterday that Mrs. Stoddard had torn up a Will, which was known to have been made about two years ago. Four sons, Bert, Los Angeles; Fred, Philadelphia, PA; Orrie, residence unknown, but whose last address was Adams & John, now deceased, were not mentioned in the Will.
